My creditors say payments haven't been made by you
After you have agreed to an affordable repayment amount each month, we pay your creditors after we've received your payment. You will receive a statement each month displaying how much we've paid and to which creditor. You can use this for reference if they claim they haven't been paid.
Creditors are still calling me, what do I do?
Explain we are acting on your behalf and will be contacting them shortly. Ask for their name & contact number and notify us so we can call to update them on your case.
I get letters from credit agencies or solicitors
If we already have the solicitor or debt collection agency's details, you do not need to do anything more. However, if you receive a new notice, contact us immediately.
A credit agent wants me to visit their office
You do not have to agree to this. Let us know who the creditor is and we'll contact them explaining your efforts to repay your debts.
Court action is threatened by my creditors
As our client, we ensure regular contact with your creditors and outline when they are likely to be paid. Court action is unlikely.
I forgot to tell you about a creditor
Please call us immediately and update us. The agreements we make with your creditors may be jeopardised if we are not fully aware of all outstanding debts relating to you.
